The idea of buying a house in the Bay Area is nothing short of mortifying. There’s so much to know and so much to prepare for. I didn’t know any of that. I was looking for a realtor to calm me down, to tell me everything was going to be okay. Gigi was able to do that and far more in her own realistic, and confident ways. I remember when a friend sent me her contacts, he said “she’s everything you need and more.”

My first call with Gigi was far more informative than anything I read or heard previously. She explained the process; one little step at a time. She dissected everything I needed to do to be fully prepared for what’s to come. She was realistic 100% of the time and she kept me grounded. Managing expectations was something I desperately needed.
