The idea of buying a house in the Bay Area is nothing short of mortifying. There’s so much to know and so much to prepare for. I didn’t know any of that. I was looking for a realtor to calm me down, to tell me everything was going to be okay. Gigi was able to do that and far more in her own realistic, and confident ways.
